About Us

About Sierra Moms

Sierra Moms is a nonprofit, member-led mother’s club serving the greater Folsom and El Dorado Hills communities. Serving 200 member families, Sierra Moms offers seasonal parties, playgroups, family outings, theater events, expert speakers, cooking club, book club, a twice-a-year free children’s gear swap and more, all for an annual membership fee of only $40. Sierra Moms operates with a strong sense of charitable and community giving. We provide members in need with meals and regularly visit a senior center with our children to bring cheer to residents. We support local charities including the Twin Lakes Food Bank, participate in community philanthropic events, and provide area families with an annual Children’s Activity and Preschool Expo.

Our Mission

Through nurturing environments, we help women connect with one another to find support in their role as mothers. We also support local charities through grants and volunteer service projects. Our goal is to provide members with opportunities to establish relationships with other moms who have common interests.
