Welcome to the Sierra Moms website (“Site”), operated by Sierra Moms, a member-led organization. By accessing or using our Site or becoming a Sierra Moms member, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Membership​

  • Eligibility: Sierra Moms membership is open to moms who pay an annual fee and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Membership is non-transferable.

  • Fees: Membership fees are due annually and are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

  • Member Conduct: Members agree to engage respectfully and professionally during all Sierra Moms activities, both online and in-person. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership without refund.

Events and Activities

  • Safety: Participation in any Sierra Moms events or activities is voluntary and at the member’s own risk. Sierra Moms is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

  • Event Changes: Sierra Moms reserves the right to modify or cancel events at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

  • All materials on this Site, unless otherwise stated, are the property of Sierra Moms and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

  • Sierra Moms provides the Site and its services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
